Overview

TrueNAS Dashboard ("the App") is a personal home server monitoring tool. This policy explains what data the App handles and how.

Data We Collect

The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. Specifically:

• No analytics or usage data is collected.
• No crash reports are sent to third parties.
• No advertising identifiers are used.
• No account registration is required.

Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device only, using iOS secure storage:

• Your TrueNAS server URL
• Your TrueNAS API key or username and password (stored in AsyncStorage on-device)
• Names and URLs of services you add to the Applications tab
• SSH credentials for Terminal connections

This data never leaves your device except to connect directly to your own TrueNAS server on your local network or VPN. It is not accessible to us or any third party.

Network Communications

The App communicates exclusively with the TrueNAS server address you configure. All requests are made directly from your device to your server. No data is routed through our servers or any third-party service.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this URL with a revised date at the top.
